Shipping policy

At MEENS, we aim to provide a transparent and seamless delivery experience. Because we curate our luxury collections from specialized international artisans, our shipping process reflects the careful journey each piece takes to reach you.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your package has been dispatched. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Estimates (United Kingdom)

To ensure the best value and quality, our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, external factors such as customs processing or postal delays may occasionally extend these timeframes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MEENS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Since items are dispatched from outside the UK, your package may be subject to Import VAT or customs duties. In most cases, the courier will contact you directly if any payment is required to release your package.

5. Delivery Responsibility

According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain our responsibility until they are in your physical possession.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

  • If a tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team at meenssupport@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue immediately.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
