Refund policy

At MEENS, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury tech accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you navigate the return process.

1. 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period (UK Right to Cancel)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.

  • Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to our designated return address.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

  • In its original luxury packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items returned with visible wear, scratches on the metal links, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejected.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

We meticulously inspect our products, but if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email].

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods for up to 30 days after delivery.

  • Please include clear photographs of the defect and your order number in your initial email.

4. The Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at [Your Support Email] to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct UK return address.

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Please note that our products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers.

  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid to UK Customs are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning an item, ensure it is marked clearly as a "Returned Good" to avoid additional customs charges.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
